Bishop Emile Destomes has created the C.C.C.C in 1995. In the past time, it located in Tuol Kork ( Kim Il song Road). But it was replaced to new place at Boeung Trabek, Chamcar Mon, Phnom Penh in 1999.

1. It has a main goal to teach Khmer language to foreigners who work in Catholic Church in Cambodia.
2. To conduct the workshops to teach the foreigners in order to understanding in the fields of the Cambodian History, Religions, Civilization, and History of the Church in Cambodia. Furthermore, Lexicon and Khmer words that they used in Catholic events.
3. Published the documents relating to catechism for catechumen (childrend and adult) and using in the Catholic events.
