Inauguration of a new building and a lake

Battambang (C.S.C) -- On Thursday morning, June 22, 2006 at Tropeang Kbal Swa and Prey Thom villages, of the commune of Kdul Tahaen, district of Bu Vaoul of the Battambang Province, took place the inauguration of a new building for studentswhich has has five rooms and a lake in front. This achievement is the contribution of SAO C non-gouvernmental organization, done through the Center for the Blind "ARRUPE CENTER", representative of the Catholic Church. In this ceremony took part His excellency Mr. Brach Chan, the governor of Battambang Province and bishop Kike Figaredo, bishop of Battambang Prefecture, together with the administrator of BoroVeul district and representatives of several national and international NGOs. It was of special importance the presence of over 800 of citizens, teachers, and students. In addition, during this program, a Certificate of Honor was offered to Bishop Kike Figaredo who made the contacts with SAO C NGO, which i sunder the direction of Mrs.. Christiana Robinson.
